Allika retreats are arranged for small groups by advance registration. Send an enquiry through the contact form and we will reply about a possible time and practical details.
Allika is a quiet rural place in Oandu village where a meditation day or small-group visit can be arranged in advance. It is not a public event with a permanent schedule and it is not an accommodation booking service.
Tell us how many people would like to come, your preferred dates and what you would like to practise. We will discuss whether Allika suits your group and agree on a possible format and time.
An interested person writes to describe the group and its purpose and suggests possible dates. We reply to clarify whether the place and format are suitable, what the day may include, what to bring and what costs or donation conditions apply.
Before confirming participation, you will receive the programme, conditions and agreed date. An initial enquiry does not commit you to attending.
A visit may include guided meditation, quiet individual time, a walk and practical discussion. The exact programme depends on the group and is sent to participants before the meeting.
Teadliku Elu Keskus MTÜ coordinates the meditation programme and participant communication. Send an enquiry if you want to discuss an Allika visit; there are currently no confirmed public retreat dates.
