The 17 December meeting in Jõhvi

At our Jõhvi meeting on 17 December 2025, we slowed down together and approached meditation through a few simple exercises.

We placed attention on the breath, noticed subtle sensations in the palms and observed thoughts simply as thoughts. When the mind gets carried away, we can notice it and calmly return.

Our conversation also included ordinary moments: a shower, scrolling on a phone or a short pause before the next task. Meditation does not have to remain a separate activity — a little more attention can meet us where we already are.

One way to continue at home

After the meeting, choose one small element to repeat at home. It might be three minutes of noticing the breath, drinking tea attentively or pausing before the end of the workday. Do not try to recreate the entire meeting programme the next day. Write down a question and bring it to the next meeting or send it through the contact form. The weekly rhythm then becomes a learning cycle: practise together, experiment independently and return with a concrete experience to discuss.
